Useful Tips!

1. The Administrator Name and Password may be needed to be able to access the shared folders in the network. If you have been assigned with the proper access rights, you can provide the necessary information when you are prompted to do so.

2. Contact the Network Administrator (he/she may be the IT Manager of the company where you work) when access to the shared folders on a network is denied.

3. Beware of Viruses when you are dealing with shared folders and using a USB flash drive (aka Pen-Drive)!
