Let's get to it quickly :)
What You'll Need?
1. Paper clips.
2. Screws.
3. Washer Assortment.
4. And of course, a Screwdriver.
Instructions!
1. Screw the paper clip with a small washer. See Fig 1 below.

2. Open the clip by pushing the other handle. See Fig 2 below.

- If you want, you can fix paper clips every 12 inches or so to the desk/table, so as the wires will be held horizontally as shown in Fig 4 below.

3. Hold the cables altogether, open the paper clip (as shown in Fig 2 above) and put the cables in it. See Fig 4 below.

4. Release the paper clip and all your cables will be held neatly and tightly. See Fig 5 below.

5. You can remove cables easily if ever you are shifting house. It would be hard to open cheap plastic cable holders and there are sometimes when you will have to cut them with a cutter but these paper clips are strong and won't do any harm to your cables. See Fig 6 below.

Useful Tips!
1. You can use colored paper clips which will blend well with your desk.
2. Choose bigger paper clips to avoid damage to your cables.
Warnings!
1. Metal clips should not be used for power cables because there is a risk that the edges of the clip may damage the insulation which will eventually result in fire, electrocution, loss of life and property.
2. Use "Velcro Plant Ties" as they are more safer to use for power cables.
3. To avoid your fingers being crushed by the paper clip, keep it out of the way when releasing the handle.
